BetCity reserves the right to set, amend, reduce or remove any betting or payout limit at its discretion. Limits are applied to support responsible risk management, operational integrity and regulatory compliance. Limits may be amended without prior notice.

Minimum stake values apply across selected products including sports betting, virtual sports, horse racing and gaming products. Certain casino and instant game minimums may vary by provider and are displayed within the relevant game environment.

Maximum net payout limits apply per Player per calendar day across all BetCity products. Current limits include:

• Sports Singles: Up to R2,000,000
• Sports Multiples: Up to R2,000,000
• Casino & On-Demand: Up to R500,000
• Virtual Sports: Varies by event and legs
• Horse Racing: Up to R500,000

All limits are subject to change. Applicable limits are displayed on the BetCity platform at the time of bet placement.

Bet limits may vary by sport, league, event type, market and wager type. Same Game Multi (SGM) and selected speciality markets may carry lower payout limits. BetCity may also apply market-specific restrictions in line with risk management and trading requirements.

Virtual sports payout limits vary according to the number of selections or legs included in a bet. Applicable maximum payouts are displayed on the BetCity platform before confirmation of the wager.

Horse racing limits including win, place, each-way, forecast and tricast payouts are displayed at the time of bet placement. Rule 4 deductions may apply to affected racing markets in line with approved racing rules.

Casino and gaming limits are determined by the relevant game provider and displayed within each game environment. Progressive jackpot games may be subject to additional payout terms and provider-specific conditions.

The BetCity platform may display a maximum permitted stake for selected markets and events. Use of the Max Bet function reflects the maximum allowable stake available at the time of placement. Requesting a Max Bet does not guarantee acceptance at that stake.

BetCity reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting, staking or payout limits based on trading, risk management, betting behaviour, integrity considerations or operational requirements. Such limits may be applied without prior notice.

All betting and payout limits are managed in accordance with MER licensing requirements and applicable South African gambling legislation. Current limits remain available on the BetCity platform and may be updated from time to time.
